Do I need perfect credit to qualify?
No. We specialize in flexible financing for individuals with varied credit histories. Instead of relying solely on credit scores, we evaluate your full financial picture—income, down payment, and commitment to homeownership.
What if I don't have an SSN?
ITIN holders are welcome. We work with applicants who have Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers. Bring documentation of your income and we'll guide you through the process.
What counts as proof of funds?
A screenshot of your bank account, a 401(k) or retirement account statement, a gift fund letter from a family member, or your last 30 days of bank statements. We keep it simple.
What if I have less than $15,000 for a down payment?
You can still browse our Curated Homes inventory—pre-selected properties purchased at a discount with owner financing built in. It's a great entry point into homeownership.
Can I refinance into a traditional mortgage later?
Yes. Many of our customers refinance into traditional mortgages after building equity and credit history. There are no prepayment penalties, so you can pay off early without extra fees.
How does the Flex Start program work?
If you have $15,000–$30,000 in available funds and strong income, you can choose any home up to $300,000. You'll sign a 36-month NNN lease with a purchase option—locking in your price from day one. When you're ready, refinance into owner financing at any time and the deed goes in your name.
