W-2 Employees: Most recent 30 days of paystubs and most recent 2 years of W2s.

Self-Employed: Most recent 12 months of personal bank statements.

Most recent 60 days of bank statements showing funds available for your down payment and closing costs.

Copy of a valid government-issued photo ID for each borrower.

Fee Disclosure

After all required documents are submitted, a $300 fee will be collected to initiate the RMLO underwriting review and approval process. This fee covers the compliance review of your file and issuance of an approval determination. If you proceed with a home purchase through our program, this amount will be credited toward your Earnest Money at closing.

I understand that submission of documents does not guarantee loan approval or program eligibility.
I agree that submitted documents may be retained for compliance and recordkeeping purposes as required by applicable law.
I authorize Equidad Homes to contact me by phone, email, or text message regarding my application.
I understand that Equidad Homes and JTMKJS Group LLC are not liable for delays, denials, or damages arising from the loan review process.
I acknowledge that these terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of this service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
