Equidad Homes is a brand of JTMKJS Group LLC, a Texas real estate and owner-finance company. Equidad Homes helps Texas families purchase homes through owner financing and related real estate arrangements. Equidad Homes is not a bank, a mortgage lender, or a licensed mortgage company, and it does not originate residential mortgage loans.

EQH Financial Limited Liability Company is a separate, licensed Texas residential mortgage company. When a transaction involves residential mortgage loan origination, that activity is arranged through EQH Financial Limited Liability Company — not through Equidad Homes.

The two companies are related but not the same entity. Nothing on this website should be read to imply that Equidad Homes (JTMKJS Group LLC) is itself a licensed mortgage lender.
